Williams Safety & Rescue, LLC is proud to announce the acquisition of Frandson Safety, effective October 16, 2026, expanding our Rockies Region operations with locations in Worland and Gillette, Wyoming.

We are honored to build on Frandson Safety’s 25-year legacy and welcome its employees and customers to the Williams team. This acquisition brings together local experience and Williams’ broad safety capabilities to support businesses throughout Wyoming and the surrounding Rockies Region.

Our combined capabilities include HSE staffing, rescue standby, safety training, compliance support, audits and inspections, equipment rentals, respiratory protection equipment services, gas monitor calibration, fire extinguisher maintenance, and retail safety supplies, PPE, workwear and boots. Customers can also access Williams Safety University and SiteTracks™ safety software.
